Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tf666 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tf666 website, games, betting markets, and all related services at tf666.bet. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility and Player Requirements

• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with tf666 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.

Account Registration and Security

Registration on tf666 requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts from the moment of creation:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. tf666 will not accept liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must contact tf666 support at [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tf666 will investigate promptly and take appropriate steps to secure the account.
• tf666 may suspend or terminate any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that may harm other players or the integrity of the platform.
• Your account password must not be disclosed to any third party, including friends or family members. Any bet or transaction placed using your login credentials is your sole responsibility regardless of who placed it.

All personal data collected during registration and ongoing account use is processed in accordance with the tf666 Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy before completing registration.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on tf666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following specific conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via any supported local method. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though tf666 reserves the right to apply limits on specific accounts in line with responsible gaming or security requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Under normal operating conditions withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are processed within 1 to 3 hours. Processing times may be longer during scheduled maintenance windows or periods of exceptionally high demand.
• Withdrawal verification: tf666 may require identity and payment method verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• No transaction fees: tf666 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through local Bangladeshi payment methods. Note that third-party payment providers may apply their own service fees, which are outside tf666's control.
• Bonus-linked funds: Funds credited as part of a bonus offer are subject to wagering requirements. Such funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable rollover conditions have been satisfied in full as set out in the relevant promotional terms.

Funds deposited to a tf666 account are intended exclusively for use on the platform. tf666 does not operate as a payment processor or money storage service. If a player closes their account with a positive real-money balance, tf666 will return those funds to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements having been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tf666 periodically offers bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new players and reload bonuses for existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, automated betting software, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform without genuine human input is prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• Underage access: Knowingly permitting a person under 21 to use your account or registering an account on behalf of an underage person is a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tf666 platform — including website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of tf666 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written permission of tf666.

Game titles, provider names, and third-party trademarks referenced on tf666 remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not constitute an endorsement of tf666 by those parties, nor does it create any ownership claim by tf666 over those marks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tf666 shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform except where such loss results directly from tf666's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Without limiting this, tf666 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of placing bets or playing games on the platform, including losses that occur during technical faults, connectivity interruptions, or server downtime where the outcome of the relevant bet or game was not affected by the fault.
• Loss arising from your failure to keep account credentials confidential, or from unauthorised third-party access to your account in circumstances where tf666 was not at fault.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even where tf666 had been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages occurring.

Amendments to These Terms

tf666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Where changes are significant in nature, tf666 may also notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on file.

Your continued use of the tf666 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Account Suspension and Termination

tf666 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including by engaging in prohibited activities as set out in Clause 7 above.
• tf666 is required by a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority to suspend or close the account. In such circumstances tf666 will comply without being required to notify the account holder in advance.
• The account holder submits a written voluntary self-exclusion or closure request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours subject to any outstanding withdrawal or identity verification process being completed first.
